P531 and P532 signal processors are panel mounted, fail-safe, self-checking signal processors capable of monitoring two S55XBE and one S70X/S80X series viewing heads simultaneously and can display UV and IR flame count separately when used with S550BE (dual UV + IR) viewing head. The processors offer independent gain adjustments, and for S552BE and S550BE, multiple frequency settings. P531/P532 are ideally suited for tangentially fired boilers where two viewing heads are required for main burner and S70X/S80X for side or horn igniters. Field configurable via the display buttons or FLAMETOOLS configuration tool.
P531 is the standard version without display. It needs the P532UI display accessory for configuration or flame signal monitoring.
P532 is the enhanced version, including display.
P531DC and P532DC are for 24 V DC powered burner systems and 24 V DC battery backup
P531AC and P532AC are for 85-264 VAC, 50/60 Hz powered burner systems and has 24 V DC battery backup. Can be used for 24 V DC systems also, without battery backup.
